Question 1

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: Your best bet would be to call our offices at (877) 899-LOUD (5683) immediately.

Question 2

Q: Can I return a CD I purchased from LOUD Merch?

A: We do not accept returns of CDs once they have been opened.

Question 3

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Most orders ship within 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed and payment was received.

Question 4

Q: It has been more than 2 weeks since I placed my order, why haven't I receive my merchandise yet?

A: Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. Most of the time delays in shipment are caused by certain items being on backorder. Any items ordered that are in stock will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

Question 5

Q: Why is my credit card charged at the time of my order instead of when you ship the order?

A: PayPal takes the funds from our customers as soon as the sale goes through. LOUD Merch has no control over this.

Question 6

Q: I received an adult size shirt but meant to choose a youth size, can I exchange it?

A: You can exchange your UNWORN shirt by sending it back to the address it came from (LOUD Merchandise, 14 Masklee Court, Totowa, NJ 07512) along with a $4 check or money order ($6 for hoodies). There are no exchanges on hoodies or CDs that are opened.

Question 7

Q: I ordered 2 t-shirts, both the same size yet one is larger than the other. How is this possible?

A: The shirt brands we deal with are very similar in size. The brands we prefer and use are as follows, in this order: Fruit Of The Loom(50/50), Fruit Of The Loom(100%), Jerzee(50/50), Port And Company(100%). Hoodies are always Jerzee.

Q: My garment is damaged, can I return it?

A: We inspect all our garments for defects before they are printed. If you find fault with one of our garments please CONTACT US for the return procedure.

Q: What are your business hours of operation?

A: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm EST), holidays excluded.

Question 10

Q: How can I contact LOUD Merch about an order?

A: You can call our offices at (877) 899-LOUD (5683) between the hours of 9am - 5pm EST Monday through Friday or you contact customerservice AT loudmerch DOT com. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Q: Will you ship to a PO Box?

A: Yes.

Question 12

Q: I received an email following my order which asked me to pay an additional $6 for shipping, why did I receive this?

A: The additional $6 is only for customers who've ordered from outside the USA. This is currently the only way to account for the extra shipping needed.

Question 13

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: When your order ships an email will be sent to the email address provided with tracking information for your package. Tracking is only available within the United States unfortunately.

Question 14

Q: I don't have a PAYPAL account or do not want to purchase through the internet. Can I mail in my order?

A: Yes, you can. Please note the item(s) you would like along with the size you want (if applies) and the quantity. Add $4 per t-shirt, add $6 per hooded sweatshirt. If you would like any of the other items please email our Customer Service Department at customerservice AT loudmerch DOT com.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH! LOUD Merchandise cannot be responsible for lost cash.

Payment for orders must be made by money order or cashier's check made payable to LOUD Merchandise. Payment for orders outside the USA must be paid by an International money order. Personal checks are acceptable for U.S. orders only.

Any orders submitted with a personal check will not be addressed until funds are cleared. All checks must be paid in U.S. dollars. There will be a $25 fee charged for bounced checks.
